Ingredients

  • 300 g 300 butter

  • 250 g 250 sugar

  • 2 2 packets of vanilla sugar

  • 200 g 200 ground hazelnuts (or ground almonds)

  • egg

  • 250 g 250 flour

  • 250 g 250 cornstarch

Preparation of the Spritzbredeles

  • Préchauffez le four à 180°C (Th 6).
  • Work in butter in foam, add the sugar, mix well, then add the egg and continue to mix well Then add the vanilla sugar, flour, starch and hazelnuts (or almonds). Work the dough well.
  • Put the dough in a piping bag (I use the meat grinder like my mother did).
  • Form “S” shaped cakes and bake on a non-stick baking sheet at 180°C (Th 6) for about 10 minutes.
